Our platform offers seamless exchange experiences, allowing users to efficiently exchange cryptocurrencies including but not limited to Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and many more.

Fiat Payment Methods:

To facilitate easy transactions, we support multiple fiat payment methods for both making payments to SecureSwap s.r.o. and receiving payments for sold tokens. Our accepted fiat payment methods include:

1. SEPA Transfers: SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) transfers enable fast and cost-effective euro-denominated transactions within the European Union and associated countries. Users can securely transfer funds to and from their SecureSwap s.r.o. accounts using SEPA transfers.

2. Card Payments: SecureSwap s.r.o. accepts card payments, providing users with a convenient and swift method to deposit funds into their accounts or complete transactions.

3. Instant Transfers: SecureSwap s.r.o. has partnered with several banks to offer instant transfers, ensuring rapid and seamless transactions for our valued customers.

While the majority of our exchange volume is conducted in euros (EUR), we also offer payment options in various other currencies to accommodate our diverse user base.

 

In addition to EUR, SecureSwap s.r.o. supports payments in the following fiat currencies:

1. Czech Koruna (CZK)

• The firm takes a target spread on the exchange rate which typically varies from 0.3% to 3%;

SecureSwap s.r.o. Refund Policy

 

Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds from SecureSwap s.r.o. are exclusively available for instances where a case concludes without achieving a successful resolution. Cases resolved successfully are ineligible for refunds.

Refund Request Time:

Refunds could be requested within 30-day timeframe. Over 30-day timeframe refund requests are not acceppted.

Refund Processing Time:

Upon closure of a case, SecureSwap s.r.o. commits to processing refunds within a 30-day timeframe.

Refund Payment Method:

Refund issuance is strictly limited to the original payment method used at the time of transaction. Alternate payment methods cannot be accommodated for refund processing.

Refund Request Procedure:

Clients seeking refunds are required to formally request a refund through the submission of a support ticket to the following email address contact@secureswap.exchange. 

 

This request must encompass the following details:

• The case number associated with your transaction;

• A concise explanation for the refund request;

• Any supplementary information that supports your request;

Upon receipt, SecureSwap s.r.o. will undertake a comprehensive review of the refund request. Approval of the request will result in the issuance of a refund.

Important Considerations:

• Refund Guarantee: The issuance of refunds is not assured under all circumstances. SecureSwap s.r.o. reserves the unilateral right to refuse any refund request based on its review.

• Refund Availability: Refunds are strictly limited to cases that conclude without a successful recovery outcome.

• Refund Processing Period: Should there be a delay beyond the 30-day processing period, clients are advised to contact the SecureSwap s.r.o. support team for assistance.

• Payment Method for Refunds: Refund issuance will mirror the original payment method. For instance, payments made via credit card will be refunded back to the same credit card. Refunds to alternative accounts or payment methods are not permitted.

• Liability for Transaction Fees: In the event of a refund, clients bear full responsibility for any potential transaction fees imposed by third-party service providers, including but not limited to payment processors and cryptocurrency service platforms.
